Training
We offer the following units of valuable training to pastors, church leaders, and short-term missionaries:
“World Christian Strategy Training.”
An introductory course in world missions and evangelism. This class involves several weeks of reading and practical assignments. The class ends with an intensive weekend session taught by experienced missionaries.
Three tracks of training from:
Dynamic Church Planting International
- Church Planting Essentials - Basic church planting concepts
- Becoming a Mentor - Mentoring church planting leaders
- Churches Planting Churches - Multiplication through church planting movements
A number of our leaders have become Certified DCPI Trainers and we are now in position to provide regional training opportunities with the goal of every leader being trained in Church Planting. These are 3-4 day events with the possibility of simultaneous training in multiple tracks.
We encourage you to make plans to attend a training event in 2010. Our short-term mission outreaches assist in the launching of new churches and participants return home with a greater awareness of and passion for church planting.
Our short-term trips scheduled for 2010 will provide an opportunity for churches to participate together in major initiatives which incorporate networking, training, evangelism, relief and church planting strategies.
